    Was anybody here at Cake in Vicar Street on the 31st?
    They were fekin perfect, sounded like studio recordings!

    I was pissed off that they didnt play Symphony in C or Short Skirt Long Jacket, but wat can ye do!

    no man, i missed it!
    sick thing is, i only heard of cake a couple of weeks before the gig and noticed the posters around town but i didnt listen to the album (edit: fashion nugget btw) enough to appreciate them...
    the real f*cked up thing is that around the 1st of feb i started to really love them and now i'm kicking myself to bits!!!

    they sound... interesting... they have heavy songs, country/rock style songs, a cover of "i will survive" by gloria gaynor, a cover of a song called "perhaps perhaps perhaps" and loads more! theyre really good! i only have the album "fashion nugget" which is great and i suggest you get it!
