I accidently deleted some folders over the weekend and was wondering if there was some program I could use to retrieve them.
Anyone known of such a program?
    Thanks in advance.

Give Restoration a try. Try to avoid writing to the hard drive until you have a chance to try and recover the data
Can't go to far wrong with this - save the 4 files to a floppy or network / other drive so you don't overwrite the data and then it can copy off for you. Doesn't seem to work on a few NTFS partitions not sure if it's because they have been extended or are over 80GB.

If the OS is not windows then have a look at the MAC/UNIX forums

Try this program called Virtual lab http://www.binarybiz.com/vlab/ . We used to use it to recover info off floppy disk when i worked in college. Its used to give you a free 1MB recovery. Its finds all sorts off files on the hard disk and you check the ones you want to recover.

You do need a internet connection for it to work.
