Sound and vision out of sync on fta box

This happens from time to time, not a lot, but nonetheless it's annoying. I have two feeds coming from a quad lnb, one for Irish sky, the other for fta box with UK card. it only happens on the UK box (Panasonic). Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you using an AV amp for sound or just thru TV ?

Just tv.

I have a digsender plugged into the scart at the back of the box.
