postcodes and broadband

Anyone see how the regulator issued a call for postcodes....could this help those of us who want but can't get broadband and are trying to work out the eircom trigger system? They use it in the UK.

Nope. The trigger programme is dead – and has never been more than a PR stunt of the incumbent. See here.
