    "Cork Songs and Singers" a talk by Jimmy Crowley.
    Adm. €6

    9.30pm.
    "Songs and Singers of Cork"
    presented by Rory McCarthy, featuring, Dennis Mc Garry, Mandy Murphy, Seán O Sé, John O Shea, Lena Bean Uí Shé and other local singers.

    11.30 am.
    "Learn a Song" - an opportunity to learn an Irish or English song with Máire Ní Chéileachair or Dannie Maidhcí Ó Súilleabháin.
    Fee €6/€3 per person

    2pm.
    "A Walking Tour of Cork Songs" led by William Hammond.

    5pm.
    "The Savage Loves His Native Heath" (Songs in Praise of Place)
    an illustrated talk by Jerry O'Reilly (Goilín Singers' Club) followed by a song session

    9pm.
    Annual Song Concert presented by Helen O Donovan,
    featuring Helen Hayes, Eilin Ní Chearna and Áine Uí Laoithe ("Mná an Oileáin"), and members of Cork Singers' Club.

    "The Ridiculous Songs of Con (Fada) O'Drisceoil"
    presented by the man himself! A song session focusing on humorous songs will follow.

    (Irish Songs of Emigration) by Tom Munnelly, Song Collector.
    Adm. €6

    8.00pm.
    "Working Together - songs and poetry "
    presented by Conal Creedon and John Spillane.

    Cork Singers' Club usual session
    featuring Mick Leary.

    Cork folk festival 2005
    Plans for the 2005 festival are progressing and with the help of sponsors, Beamish and the 'Office of Cork 2005' CFF will be bringing some of Europe's finest folk groups to Cork.
