hay I just bought a maxtor 200GB HDD last night and I just put it into my comp today but when I opened it up in partition magic it shows only 130,069.3MB  now there has to be something wrong with that or am I just freting over nothing

Is it normal for a 200GB HDD to be only 130,000MB ???

Some PCs only support HD up to 130mb. You might need a new bios update or controller card to see all of the 200mb. Check out the specs of your motherboard.

You need 48 bit support and your board has it.

To format just go to control panel>administrative tools>disk managment and everything you nee should be in there.

Partition magic can also format it for you.
