I just wrote this in another post but I would recomend First Credit. They subsidise your legal fee's so it only costs you €690 and they pay for your valuation. And the difference inbetween the quotes I got from them and other brokers was around 0.2%, saved me a couple of hundred a year on top of the €3400 I saved on legal fee's. The Dun Laoghaire office is 2845851

depends what you want. if you want impartial advice on which to choose you could try Rea.ie. Rea also give you a low cost solicitor by refunding some of the commission the get for acting as a broker. I didn't see any real value myself as they wanted 3k up front and would hold onto that for 3 months.

An alternative is to go with another broker that offers commission refund. These guys won't be impartial, so its up to you to look at each Mortgage providers website and find the best deal for you (low interest rate in my case).

    I opened up a thread on askaboutmoney.com on the subject : http://p200.ezboard.com/faskaboutmoneyfrm4.showMessage?topicID=4132.topic

My advice is to have a good read of the threads on askaboutmoney.com's mortgate section - http://p200.ezboard.com/faskaboutmoneyfrm4?page=1
