cant get online banking..aib

    any idea why i cant get online banking with aib. getting an error message. "this connection wasrefused when attempting to contact internetbanking.aib.ie

    dont know if there is a connection but cant pay by laser on cao site either
    any ideas please :confused:

    Have you tried clearing out your history and cookies folders? (Thats presuming you are using your own pc as distinct from maybe internet cafe)

    how do i clean history and cookies safely ?? please

    Tools-options = easy from there (clear all)
    You can C: drive it as well -> C:-Docs&settings-User(whatever) cookies and all those folders and just delete.

    Tools -> Options -> Privacy, and hit the Clear button beside History and Cookies.

    Do you have many tabs open when you are going to these sites? Is it possible that you have more than the set maximum allowed connections?
