NTL Web space & news server access

NTL broadband comes with web space and news server access; I forgot to ask the installation guy about this. I rang support today, who said a techie would ring me back, but in the meanwhile - does anyone out there know in general how I would access both? Cheers, P.

The news server is news.cable.ntlworld.ie (port 119)

And your webspace is located at http://homepage.ntlworld.ie/your_username
The upload site is ftp://your_username@upload.ntlworld.ie/docs/
You'll need your username and password, did the installer leave them for you?

Thanks; NTL rang me back both on my mobile and my work number with details - nice to see them being proactive. I got all the details from a chap who mentioned he had already seen my boards.ie enquiry!
