I checked ticketmaster.ie/entertainment.ie and nothing really,i'm not a metal fan but rock/indie bs suits me fine,any suggestions for friday/saturday night?

Voodoo is a good place for decent indie/rock music. Certainly advice you to check the place out.

Are you looking for a big internationally known band, or something new and fresh? If it's the latter, I'd heartily recommend Mike Got Spiked who are playing in Fibbers tomorrow night (Friday). Sensational stuff.
