Anyone know a good place to buy a good, cheap laptop carrying case?

I just bought a new Dell Laptop, and extortionists that they are, they want to charge me €60-€80 for a carrying case for it!

I know I can buy a notebook backpack for about €40 off eBay, and apparently the Sony Centre on Baggot Street does good cases for about €40. Anyone know of anywhere else?

Anywhere in the City Centre I could pick one up cheap? Where'd you get the carrying case for your laptop?

I'd prefer to get a student-y backpack type case, where I can carry notes as well as the computer, rather than the shoulder-sling ones. It's for a 15" Dell notebook...

Go to Dixons and ask them for a backpack laptop carry case. THey're only €45. I know that Dixons are fairly crap for everything, but this backpack is actually pretty class, and it doesn't shout out "Look at me I've got a laptop!" to everyone!

    Thanks, they both look good.

Zapho, have you bought the Dixon one? I'm just curious if it'll fit my computer and the big pile of sh- erm, the books I need to lug around to college with me every day?

That's what I'm after, alright... I wonder if these bags provide any padding or protection for the computer?
