It is a movie of an assault on a person and destruction of his board, as well possibly killing the person had the blows done damage while in the water. Along with filming of a shower of idiots who just sat back and watched/filmed the assault.

It is then a poor attempt to make it out to be humourous. The funny part will be if it is used in a court to sue the asses off the muppets who beat the guy up.

The guy was being an asshole and got beaten down as a result. Not that I'm condoning kainoa's behaviour. The guys face looks pretty mashed up though at the end.
