Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I found a heap of gym equipment hidden in room A118 - I wonder if any of this equipment broken (clearly the weights and bars can't be) or are they storing it for the gym extension - still no sign of a squat rack though...

That's all stuff belonging to the sports science department. We hold certain EPP classes and do some testing there. Most of that equipment was in the EPL in XB. Also the athletics club has Circuit training there.

That's explains it - looks better equipped than the free weights section of the gym...

    Meh, it's alright.

The free weights and machines in the gym are a complete joke anyway.

For 200 quid a year, there better be a massive improvement when the new gym opens...

Aye, I think I've been in the gym a total of 3 times since I started back in 2002. I just couldn't be bothered using it.

I'm recovering from a back injury at the moment and was advised not to use the equipment in the current gym because it would possibly make matters worse.
