 ALDI are doing a LAPTOP with better spec than that for €1500
Admitidley the laptop only has an 80GB drive (is the 14 supposed to be 140 ?) and does not come with any blank CD's or Paper or printer or Extension lead or web cam or MP3 player. Then again you don't need an extension lead and it does have a remote control for when you want to watch your DVD RW on TV out or on the built in 15" LCD and an unreal amount of ports.

DVD: DVD/CDRW Combo Drives : Same
    Graphics: 64MB ATI RADEON 9000 : 128mb ATI Radeon 9700
Sound: Built-In Stereo Speakers : Stereo speakers + built-in Sub + Sigma-T card with digital out.

FREE internet access with IOL (excl tel charges)
Particularly the capitalised "free" when it's excluding call charges.
