    Stripped of my pride,
    Broken down & left to cry,
    Cold, Alone, No will to live,
    A glorification of suicide,
    Take me away, nothing left to hide,
    Drifting deep into the war inside,
    Devoid even of my own self respect,
    Completely spent I've nothing left,
    My poverty of emotion an empty pocket,
    Dreaming a poverty of memory to forget,
    Cos my only fear of death is reincarnation.
    As I remain to suffer my own indignation,
    In this I know I can't show my innocence,
    nothing as immense as my own defence,
    Look in my mind at my mental pictures,
    Block the world out for something richer,
    As I take a chance on what maybe tomorrow,
    Only if you got a minute I can borrow,
    My life is my own sign of defiance,
    Starin at the walls wrapped in silence,
    All that I thought once to be true,
    Caught up in a life takin advantage of you,
    Change who I am hidden behind my eyes,
    A different person to make you think I died,
    I'm clingin to my sanity what's left there,
    Not that anyone else would even care,
    Drunk off the liquor, High off faded green,
    The breakdown of what remains unseen,
    Just to feel like I got it all back on track,
    Cos my only fear of death is me comin back.
