    Loads of women find it difficult to orgasm from penetration alone (why do you think the rampant rabbit is so popular?!) so you're perfectly normal. Try different positions, particularly ones which allow your partner to stimulate your clitoris while he's inside you and I'm sure you'll find something that works for you! :)

    Personally me and my partner never seem to have this problem, then again we're both open-minded, open to eachothers needs and we communicate. If you can do it on your own, try isolating what you're doing that he's not.

    i've had a few partners and it was rare that i would cum via penatration till my most resent, now he does alot of fore play, and while we are in the act,
    while he is in he does this rubing thing with his body which is amazing.. i have only ever not cum from penitation once. also try doggy and while he is in you get him to hold /put pressure on your hair area.this seems to work for me(also seems to get a deeper feeling

    go for alot of fore play-get you going
    go for penitation to oral and back
    try out differnt positions
