AverTV USB 2.0 Problem

    Afternoon all.

    This one is driving me up the walls!!! Got a new Dell 8400 with AverTV USB 2.0 tuner and installed everything as instructed. I got a picture, but with no sound.

    Checked their website and they recommended downloading a patch which would allow me to configure the sound capture options in the program, whicj I did.

    Now, when I run the program it asks me to plug in the tuner to a USB port, which it already is. Veryf frustrating! So I un-installed everything, started again, downloaded the patch and same thing. It keeps bloody asking for the device to be plugged in.

    Anyone else buy this crappy tuner and have the same problems? :confused:
