Graphic problem?

I started to notice yesterday while I am playing CS that lines started to appear on the screen. Its like a flicker. It happens like every 4-6 minutes. The card is running at stock speed. Temps are about 40C on idle and about 55-60C on load. Is the card to hot and causing the flicker or is it going to die on me now?

it's not those flickering lines that appear when your mobile is sitting beside the computer?!

No its not, its like a polygon corruption. It turns to black and back to normal within an instance.
