Cheap camcorder

Basically i looking for the cheapest camcorder that'll be easy to carry around europe during the summer, external memory source is essential, anybody watch sin cities on bravo? basically we'll be doin that and capturin our drunkin larks on camera, so want somethin good for night etc

Dunnes have a nice one for eur399 at the mo - small, good spec, think its JVC

JVC GRD 23-E, for 300eur, Ive ordered one, cheapest I came across.
No DV-IN, but otherwise seems like a good camcorder for the price.

A friend of mine got one two days ago, I'll let you know what he thinks of it.

how much would you be looking for? what specs etc? what kinda media does it take? i'm in the same group as shoutman, so talking to either of us is the same, we're just splitting the cost between the 8 of us going on the trip
