    it all depends on how close you are with the person you buy with. Also whether or not you plan to rent it out or actually both live there. What happens if one of you meets someone and want to move in with them?

    ye, i know there are pro's and con's, just, i've been renting for the past 5 years, and i'm sick of paying somone else's mortgage.
