Eircom Service is absolute Crap (like u didn't know that already)

How can the ESB fix our power supply in a matter of hours even during storms while Eircom takes 5 days to fix our phone lines. Couldn't get on the net on at weekend and order some stuff. I kinda wish eircom was still telecom eiren (forgive spellin)
