    Hi

I need a new mains adaptor for my laptop as my exisiting one has gone kaputt.

Is there a standard type for all laptops or would I have to get one with special features for my type of laptop?

If this is of any help, it's a Packard Bell laptop and the specs written on the adaptor are:

    AC Input: 100-240V~, 2A, 50-60 Hz

    DC Output: 19.0V---6.3A MAX(120W MAX)

Also, where can you but adaptors on-line? (Oe even in the real world in Cork or Galway - Soundstore in Cork City centre told me to get lost :-()

    Thanks in advance!
