I don't think so - I haven't seen or heard of any phones that support Irish yet... Just thinking about the length of words in Irish - you wouldn't be able to send much info in texts!

short answer, NO.
all major phone companies only include the main languages in the area.
they aren't interested in investing the time for such a (in comparison) rarely used language

The only commercially available item I've seen that includes the Irish language is Red Hat Linux. Never seen it on a phone.
