    Hi,

A quick search on Google turned up this page...

    http://www.clubsonyericsson.com/en/software_windows.shtml

Look for "PhoneBackup" and "Float MobileAgent". Both are free.

Just thought I'd mention this here:

If anyone is using a Sony Ericsson K700, I'd recommend you don't install any of the software that comes with the K700, FMA does all of it better and is easier to uninstall.

FMA is brilliant but its difficult getting Photos, Videos etc from your phone to your computer.

Datamanager (http://k700.hitziger.net/) is a pretty good piece of software, it browses the folders on your phone, organises pictures and videos by date taken, and transfers at full speed bluetooth (unlike the supplied Sony Ericsson software).

That kinda software is fairly important coz the K700 can hold loads and loads of photos.

    FMA rocks tho!

Just came across this software called FloAT's Mobile Agent, @ http://fma.sourceforge.net/

Its impressive software, if you have bluetooth/data cable connection i would recommend you check it out.

Just thought I'd let you SE fans out there know about this.

    Hey

Do you know can you use it if you have IR but no blue tooth, data cable?
As in can you transfer files(games, ringtones etc)from pc to fone with it?

    Thanks

Yup Floats' works with IR as well. Its actually a lot easier to set up and use with IR than it is with bluetooth. (nasty COM port selection! always feckin changing on my computer!) IR is also possibly a little bit faster for connecting and transferring than bluetooth or cable, from my own experience.
