Old Printer Looking for Print Cartridges

Hi Have old printer Lexmark Z22 and giving away to parents They wont be printing that much, mainly office documents, and the cartrridge is 17Goo60 . So may only need black ink Anyone know where to get these ? They where mad expensive last time I bought them so would it be worth it ?? Checked www.inkjet.ie but none there…
