i got a 3d card from jes.de 10 months ago this card has now died i no longer have the box,cables or game that came with it would i be right in saying my chances of getting an rma are very slim?

Nope, your chances are 100% likely that you'll get the RMA. All you need a replacement of is the card, and thats all they need to recieve.
