Anyone know of sites describing legally available natural herbs/plants that offer 'recreational' effects, I was talking to a guy from south africa who told me they had all kinds of crazy stuff there that would paralise an elephant. I also remember seeing some lad on the telly promoting his book, 'natural high' or something it was called, quick look on amazon leads me here...

I'd be sorely tempted to download a copy of erowid and keep it in case of emergency. Hopefully someone else has done so already.

the legal intoxicating subsatnces available in ireland are a complete scam and have little or no effect. buy over the internet from the UK, holland or the US if you want to try them....tho they might not be any better.
