Netscape Trial

    HI i foolishly signed up for the one month netscape trial and ever since i have been charged on my credit card over €7 a month and i do not know how to cancel my subscription. i only ever used it once and never again. does anyone out there know how to cance a subscription as im being charged for something i dont even use!

    report ur card as lost or stolen. then u will get a new credit card number.

    The credit card company can stop the payments from being charged without cancelling the card. Just ring them and tell them that you want to cancel the subscription from these people but can't contact them.
