Jazz/Beatles type of Band 14-17

    Is anybody in North Dublin or near Glasnevin interested in setting up a jazz/beatles type of band? I play Guitar, Piano, Drums and am getting a Bass soon. Doesn't have to be serious, just for jammimg and writing songs.

    that sounds great, i play guitar, piano, bass, write+sing, however im 21 ...ageist so ageist!! what kind of jazz stuff do you like, Do you sing also?

    I like Dave Brubeck, Frank Sinatra, Don Nelson, some Ella Fitzgerald and old crackly songs that I have on vinyl that I can't remember the name of and the beatles song Honey Pie. I don't really sing, too shy.

    yeah Honey Pie is a great song, besides the beatles and jazz i like brian wilson, eels, belle and sebastian, sfa, velevet undergound etc.If yer up for a jam let me know. I have a rehearsal organised for next Sunday(30th January) at the Underground(City Centre) if yer interested in playing guitar or keys at that (i'll bringing along a roland ep-760 digi piano anyhow) let me know. Tis myself on guitar/vocals, a bassist and drummer so far but really need guitar or keys player aswell. If you're free sometime during this week to jam let me know, i can make up a CD of the songs to give you an idea.
