SKY Digital - PIN Number

    How would I got about resetting the PIN on my parents digibox. God knows who set the PIN number in the first place but now no one knows it.
    I read up and thought it was last 4 digits on Viewing card but this is not the case.
    Any ideas? Do I ring SKY?

    It may well have been the last 4 digits of the old type card if you had one of the previous blue ones. Otherwise YES you will need to contact $ky
