Your best bet is to ask here => http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=497 . FWIK the cybershot is a really good camera. Takes good pics and is easy to use!

You're telling me! Played a game of trivial pursuit against one over a few litres of vodka last Xmas and it couldn't answer even one question. I thought it would at least have got the answer to the question about Mount Fuji. They are so thick!

I have a Pentax Optio S5i. I love it and it's small enough to take anywhere.

Try here for reviews, mixed with here for models.

P.s. I have a Canon iXus 40 which is great, size of a deck of cards, and still 4mp, but is more around the €300 mark.

The great thing about digital cameras, is that they are practically idiot proof. They make taking good photos easy.

The model that you would need depends on what your photographic interests are, if you simply want to take everyday photos, then start with a bog standard cheap quality make model with around 3 to 4Million pixels capability.

You should find one of those easily for €200.

    P.
