Moving Van Recommendations

I will need to move a van load of stuff from my old place to my new one. The distance is less than 4kms. Ranelagh->Ringsend. One load should take care of it but I don't have car access can anyone recommend me a way to do so, a 'van man' for hire or similar. Ideally available on a Sunday and/or Monday Cheers.
