Just heard about the Mac mini from a friend. It looks pretty darn good. Nice and slick

I wouldn't mind having one as a media/music/divx box in the living room.

Actually never purchased an Apple in my life (apart from a gift of an iPod for the g/f).... I still think that the majority of the "uneducated" masses should use Apples tho' they are soooo much easier / intuitive (as my 6 year old - at the time - brother and 55 year old mother can testify)....

Enough, it certainly is an interesting product, but I'm waiting for that Shuttle MCE XPC that looks like a DVD player... hope if can match the price.

If the price was nicer, it would have made a good, neat quasi-modern little Apple testbox for my coding... And I had a spot picked out for it as soon as I saw how small it was too... Oh well...
