wednesday night upstairs in the Ha'penny inn is usually good for a laugh.
(its on the temple bar side of the river just beside the ha'penny bridge)
Its a cheap & cheerful (no frillls) venue ,some of the "comedians" are funny for all the wrong reasons & oftentimes the audience are just as hilarious as the performers but you'll get your moneys worth !!
( i think its 5 or 6 squids in)

Try the Event Guide. Was my bible to the gigs when I lived in Dublin.
I see its ladies nite at the Cellar in the International, may not be your cup of tea.
