    Hi,

Where is the best place to get drain covers? One of the drain covers in my driveway is broken. It is approximately 9 inches by 9 inches, an unusual size. I went to a builders providers and they didn't have them....

    thanks.

    Hi,

9" x 9" sounds like the cover for an Armstong Junction, if the existing cover is metal you may have to fit a new surround as well, they are usually included with the cover.

If the size of the new cover doesn't fit the existing surround or it's rusted away take care not to allow dirt enter the drain pipes while you are working on it.

A sand bag or coal bag should keep any rubble under control, if it's a soil pipe take care you never know what may may swim by, put up an out of order notice on the bathroom door.

If the cover is plastic a Wavin cover should drop straight into place for you, both types are available from most builders providers and good hardware stores.
