I blame the wife. This situation wouldn't exist (and have to be paid for by the taxpayer) if it wasn't for stupid women like her.

Emmm....isn't the whole point of being in jail to keep you from interacting with society, effectively removing this kind of person from the gene pool? Why should he be allowed some carnal pleasure, after beng such a dinkus and committing serious felonies(more than once).
His wife must be a half-wit too - how can anyone see a person put in jail more than once, for serious crimes, and still think there is value in that person? Damn Americans.

If he has Life in prison(assuming he never leaves prison) then he can never become a father... Just a sperm donor. He can't teach that child much if not anything. 15mins-1hr supervised visit with no contact once a week is hardly influencial. The fact he isn't at home surly is more influencial...

I'm suprised his wife isn't looking around for another man or the fact they haven't divorced yet... After all. It is California

Dont worry .. George Dubbya Bush and his right wing cronies will never stand for this.

The whole idea that prisoners have rights ... hehe ... whoever thought of that must be a commie Hollywood film-maker Clinton follower.

Nope siree, you can bet that George will defend the states right to execute mentally retarded people, children, and ethnic minorities.

And if they were allowed to breed, it would only be because there wasn't enough of them left in the ghetto's and trailer parks.

That stuff’s loaded with nutrients. I …I can't compete with that stuff."

and seamus, exactly what carnal pleasure is he going to get? he will w*nk into a jar and send it off. he is prision, he probably whacks off 20 times a day.
and maybe, just maybe, she loves him. if you love them you can forgive almost anything.

Agreed but seeing as the particular foolish cow has chosen a man behind bars and without the right to sex visits I say let her find someone else.

I expect so, but he is on the 'three strikes rule' so he must have been bad for a while.

Forgiving someone is one thing, having a baby with them is another. He is a violent criminal and I have to ask myself what woman would want to be connected to a violent criminal by a child for the rest of her life.

Bah. One of the best things about life sentences is that it removes the feckers from the gene pool...

Besides, doesn't this basically boil down to the government encouraging single parent families? This guy is never going to see his kids because he's a moron who is locked up for life, and quite rightly so. So, let's not only propogate the MORON gene, let's propogate it in a dysfunctional single-parent family! Woohoo! God Bless America!

no, not true at all rob. just because someone goes to jail doesnt remove them from the gene pool. they could already have polutted the pool..........

besides, its not the government asking the woman to have the child of a raving looney, so its hardly encouraging single parent families. the state has jusdged thath the woman can get the sperm of the man she loves for artificial insemination.
who knows, maybe shes seeng a new man who just has problems in that department.

and alis, im not charitable at all WW)
