I dont know if this is the place to be asking but Ive just got an american ps2 but the picture on my tv is black and white,can anyone help?cheers

The American PS2 will be using the NTSC colour scheme, while your Irish television will be working on the incompatible PAL format. You'll either need to find a way of converting between the two, or get an American TV to go with the PS2.
