Ok i need some help... ive been dyin my hair wit the "JEROME RUSSEL" highlighting kit for at least a year now... i did it yesterday and after bout 10min (i ususal leave it in for 35) it felt very hot so i washed it out to find that my hair had turned white... its the same one that i used everytime so i dont no why it went white this time. its really really horrible at the roots now. Does anyone know any good hairdressers that will dye over home dyed hair? i need a few low lights or some darker blonde to even it out.

    any help much apprecitated!

well something the same happened to me, but i was at a salon when it happened, you'll find that there was too much bleach in your hair to start off with, now the problem is if you get a strand test which most places do now they won't fix your hair coz its fu(ked.... i had hair down to my a$$ and have a guess what 14 months ago i had to get it all hacked off my hair now reaches no longer than the back of my neck

As far as I know Reds in town will fix it for you. They're really nice but their best colourist is Karen. I'm not sure if she's still on maternity leave but you can ask for her anyway. They'll fix you up and you'll be looking beautiful again in no time. I know they can fix it because a friend of mine had a similar disaster. She tried to dye her blond hair black but it turned out grey and light purple. While I thought it looked cool she was not impressed and went around with a scarf on her head all week till she could get into town to get it fixed. They did a great job, it looked the exact same as it used to and even her mom couldn't tell the difference. Good luck.
