Driving to work me and my bro go down this street in San Francisco called 6th street, and its the worst area of the city by a long shot (its a very safe city, except some small key areas like this one). When we drive there early for work, around 7am most of the homeless ppl are up and mulling about, maybe because they have been up all night, and we see a lot of odd stuff on that street.

Last week, driving to work there was a black guy who looked homeless walking down the street with a live chicken on his head. I thought... WTf?! I thought maybe it was an offering for his voodoo master or something, because i can't think of any other reason why someone would be walking through the worst area of the city with no possessions other than a live chicken...

can anyone offer any reasons as to why he was carrying a chicken on his head?? it has had me baffled ever since, although my brother has stopped noticing stuff like that smile.gif

    did it have a beard?
if it did, there could be a perfectly rational explanation for that.
well, when i say there could be, i'm not implying in any way that i have the aforememtioned explanation.
    ok, i'm rambling now

    sorry

Why did the man cross the road?

Because he was caught on the chickens leg! tongue.gif

There is a very simple explaination here.

    1. It rains a bit in San Francisco.
    2. It can be a bit chilly too.
    3. A chicken is rainproof. (kinda)
    4. A chicken is a warm blooded creature.

Thus the chicken was being used to shield the user from the elements.

I'd be inclined to blame drugs to be honest!

Maybe his hobo-friends thought it would be funny to glue a chicken to his head, or maybe he just likes chickens...
