JVC GR-D23EK Mini DV Digital Camcorder in Dunnes €350

    I've been tempted by this for a while. Anyone have one, and what's the still pics like? It looks like you can transfer video by firewire and scart, so i'll probably need a firewire card to copy to dvd on my pc etc, but looks good otherwise.

      JVC look good too...

      Any comments good or bad? :confused:

      Girlfriend got a sanyo one, exact same spec... Tis tiny n does the job brilliantly for the price, only prob is no DV in but thats no biggy... Did u see it in Dunnes in clondalkin??? If so i thinks its the only one left, try n get it for €300 n u got a bargin

      Pixmania have same for EUR 303 + shipping atm. I bought a GR-D53 from them a few months back and IIRC shipping was in the region of EUR 10 - 15.

      So only really saving about EUR 20 but that could go towards additional media or a case or ..

      My fiance has about €220 in dunnes vouchers, so that's a factor. :D
