Card Swapping trick to get E4 Interactive doesnt work anymore

    During Big Brother for the past few years, many FTV = Subscription card holders used a trick where they would turn on E4 with FTV card in, and then take it out replacing it with the subscription card.
    This meant the Red button came through.
    For some reason now, i think this is a technical issue thats been ironed out.

    I tried it today and successfully got the "Celeb BB Live" red button on E4.
    However when i get into, its the usual 4 Interactive with the game and BB options, everything except the crucial live feed option.

    I believe it something to do with the FTV card which is possibly now forced to pull up what is basically the basic C4 interactive without the Live feed option.
    Can anyone confirm this?.
    There goes another loophole, damn :mad: .

    They same thing happens to me but I still do think that its just a temporary issue. If they wanted FTV swappers no access they would have tken away the red button prompt altogether.
    The fact that the Ch4 interactive menu is there means nothing was changed. I'd say that it'll work when da normal BB starts in da sumer........for 15 weeks :D:D

    Interesting.
    I have a UK sub here so I can at any time go to the live feed.
    Thats a bit pointless when its being shown live on the channel at the moment.

    However I've just had a look and while the sound is cut on the main channel, the interactve live feed(currently the same thing) has sound.

    Thats often the case though.
