Next prob - 2 Norton System Works 'Product Key's not working?

    Hi again, now for my next problem ;-)

    Bought Norton SystemWorks Preimer 2005 yesterday in PC World.

    When installing I'm told the 'product key is invalid', I rang PC World & they were good enough to open another box & give me another Key to try. Unfortunalty I got the same error - so 2 produt keys aren't working.

    The machine is clean as hell, format last night & new copy of XP went on this morning - Norton System works was the first bit of software to go on it.

    Nortons helplines appear to open the same hours banks do (which is helpfull - not) and their email support told me they'd be back in 4-5 working days (why do they even bother!)

    Any ideas why 2 product keys won't work?

    Or any other recommendations to Nortons Ghost & AntiVirus solutions?
