Sync IPAQ with something other than Outlook

I have an IPAQ 3660 . The implementation of Outlook on my PC at work does not support the "calender". This is not going to be changed in near future (I dont know why) Obvioulsy it isnt much good to me like that ! is there any other software that I could use apart from Outlook ? ollie
