Does anyone else suffer from this condition? Has anyone received laser treatment for this skin condition? If so can you provide details on its effectiveness. I have been on medication for it and have used cortisone cream but these did not help.

To answer your question, I suffer from it.
Have had it since I was 22, it got better as I learnt how to control it.(i'm 30 now)

Laser treatment won't get rid of it altogether. I got laser treatment last year for a few weeks, it helped a small bit but that could be down to the salon I went to.

You need to drink plenty of water, avoid direct sun/heat, eat a balanced diet if you don't already and learn to control flushes.
For a medical cream to control the dry flakiness and to dampen the redness, consider Rozex aka Metrogel. Its the best out there(on prescription).

I got the laser treatment. Went a few times, but don't really feel I got anything from it. It certainly hasn't stopped the people who ask incessantly why I'm looking so embarassed, the whole time.
