    ok. it appears that you are not actually working in a garage, but are a recruiter.

    couple of thing.
    if you want to advertise jobs here, you first ask one of the moderators if it ok to do so.

    secondly, you give the full job description, including role, pay, location, criteria etc.

    if these are not put up in future, i will delete your mail and ban you from this site for advertising. if you want to advertise, you may talk to the admins and get a little flashy advert in the top right corner of your screen.

    so, if you can, please put up the full details of this position, and any other you post.

    If you let agencies and recuriters on the board it will be spammed with their crap. Look at this guy already.

    well i dont do a background check on everyone that posts on boards you know. if you wantt do that, feel free to do so, but i have better things to do with my time.

    well, since i am the person who runs this forum, any 'you' being allowed to post here is me.

    i understand what you are saying, which is why i have a policy of people posting up full job specs if the are looking to fill a position.

    this forum is about giving advice, and hopfully getting some people into gainful employment. i like to think we have allowed quite a lot of people get jobs here over the years. so i am not about to stop that.

    but i am also not going to allow recruitment agencies treat this like monster.ie or whatever.

    besides, myself and this poster have already exchanged pm's and i have already laid down the law.
    it is what i do with anyone who does this, and they only get one chance. everyone should get one chance. but since im an awful bástard, its the only chance, so this person, or any others get banned permanently otherwise.

    its the best i can do, becaseu like i said, i just dont have the time to do back ground checks on everyone who lposts here.

    but, as i said, i understand you point of view, and agree with it. but if you have criticisms, then i also want suggested solutions :)
