    I really want to take up saxophone. Anybody know of a good teacher/good classes for beginners in Dublin city? Thanks.

    You'll find a few names here as well as some instrument prices. You can do a rental deal here to minimise your outlay. You will need an instrument to practice. And some understanding neighbours, thick walls, ... :D

    At this time of the year it might be awkward. Also try going into some of the music shops. You'll usually see some ads on a noticeboard with numbers, etc.

    Lessons can vary in price: 20-35 euro per hour. Lessons are usually one on one for half an hour, IME.
