Using Wireless transmitter to connect to TV

I recently bought a pair of wireless transmitters where you can transmit the channel on one TV to another TV. It's like a Sky Multi-room thing except you cant watch two different channels and it's wireless.

Anyway, I can use the devices on two TVs and thought I'd give it a go on my Medion PC which has a SCART outlet. I connected the transmitter to the SCART on the PC and the receiver to a nearby TVbut, to my dissapointment it didn't work. Has anyone tried this before? Or does anyone know what the problem could be?

    This is the product.

Have you used the SCART outlet on the PC before, ie connected directly to a TV? Generally video cards with TV-out need it to be explicitly enabled. Check your display settings, in particular the monitors section.
