I'd like to know just how scientific this study has been done. I mean it's fun and probably a good indication but some of the questions were too specific and there wasn't an undecided, mildly agree/disagree so i think most proplr would have found themselves making some strange decisions. That said, it's nothing like that scientology test .

Funny, I always thought I'd be a little more libertarian on the left (bout -3) of the left/right axis. Ahh well...

I personally tried to be as honest as possible with it - there are a lot of questions where I know what I'm *meant* to think and what I'm *supposed* to say, but I put down what I actually think instead... I suspect I'd have been a lot more left-wing had I answered with the replies expected of me rather than the ones I believe in...

It's not politically correct to say that you believe that people who can work but don't shouldn't expect to eat, I guess

I agree with you there Rob- the questions were incredibly loaded. I found myself tempted to answer the questions directly against the obvious liberal slant. The quiz questions seem to have been devised by a fairly liberal Keynesian economist. Great thread though- plaudits go to CT for finding the site, and a big fat rotten melon to the guy who wrote the questions. With a set of neutral questions the results would have been more telling perhaps.

I'd agree the questions were very loaded, but steven pointed out there is an option of just not answering the question at all, leaving you somewhere in the middle. The questions were obviously written by a liberal, but if you have an opinion, you can disagree with any of the statements. If I think about it, I suppose it was fairly rose tinted liberalism.... but hey, its still an interesting test.
