Windows networking (again)

    Hey all,
    happy new year!

Sorry for this post being similiar to a recent one but I just have a few questions to clear up a few things...

    1) Is it easy to install a server (ie. those specialised ones that Dell sell) and have that server work on an existing network? I understand that the those servers are just like normal computers (just look a bit strange) and are installed in much the same way...just want to be sure, someone asked me to put one in.

    2) For the likes of ten computers, would such an expensive piece of kit be worth the effort or should Win XP Pro be able to handle a network (going through a switch) ok? I'd prefer to trick with the network itself, rather than endorsing spending large amounts of money on something I'm not too sure about :)

    Thanks for any help guys
