Even though Im into all things spiritual, Im not sure Im convinced someone can be 'possessed' just like that because the happen to be in a particular place. I think possession has more to do with your state of mind and psychological make up. (Oh and if you equate possession with a 'medium' speaking in tongues, thats pure hokum imo) I agree with the comment that being drunk makes you let down your guard, and be more open to psychic experiences. Hosptitals would be considered 'active' places, but I dont consider that necessarily a harmful thing.

Phlematic, the truth is out there :D

I'll take the sceptical approach this time and suggest that maybe people who think they've been possesed when drunk probably shouldn't drink so much ;)

Also if one does plan to get possessed, obviously be very careful and make sure you know what you are doing, taking all protection that you can. I would also advise not getting drunk in a hospital, I don't think that they approve of it.
